Our room was not properly cleaned upon arrival. There was leftover food in the refrigerator, and the trash can was full. This, especially after unpacking our belongings. Despite the staff's nice demeanor, they couldn't offer any compensation for our inconvenience since we booked through a third party.

The hotel has good modern and updated rooms complete with a modern decor and a King bed, for instance. The location is nice, as the venue is based close to everything. Also it is short walk to stores and restaurants, the Hanover and Orlando areas, and the local Mall.

The room was very clean and attractively decorated. Staff provided quick check-in and were friendly throughout my stay. Breakfast had a great variety. The pool area was well maintained and enjoyable. A lovely experience 😊

It was just a proper fit for a break on long journey in Hanover with best value for money ratio. The management graciously granted our request for a late checkout due to car trouble, really appreciated. Make sure to arrive early for breakfast to avoid the crowd in the self-service area.

We had a very nice 2-night stay. The breakfast had a fantastic variety, and the shower was impressively powerful! The sliding door to the bathroom just didn’t feel private enough, though.

The fact that we had at least 18 rooms book at the hotel we couldn't get a better rate nor could we use a conference room We as group have use this hotel 2 to 3 times a year. This maybe the last time we use this hotel

We were welcomed warmly and check-in was quick and efficient. There was a fine restaurant next door so we didn't need to get in the car to find a place to eat....and after almost 3 hours of driving that was a blessing in itself. The breakfast was delicious. When I went to purchase bottled water for our daily excursion, I was offered complimentary water. Very pleasant staff on all shifts.
Checking out - wished we could have stayed longer.

The room was really clean and the size was perfect. The shower had amazing water pressure and got super hot, which I loved! Staff was friendly and helped with requests. I had some issues with the room setup. It was pretty decent, just some things could've been better.
